The City of Charleston has adopted and enforces the 2015 ICC Codes and the 2009 Energy Conservation Code adopted by the State of West Virginia. The 2015 ICC Codes can be looked up in the Building Department or the City Clerks office or you can purchase a code book through the Building Department at cost.
