What is the difference in a vacant or abandoned structure?

Abandoned building : Any structure on a parcel of real property which

(i) has been a vacant structure for more than 90 days, and

(ii) is the subject of an order issued by the municipal court for a building or zoning violation which has not been remedied for at least 30 days.

Vacant structure : A structure on a parcel of real property which for at least 60 days has lacked the habitual presence of human beings who have a legal right to be on the premises, or at which substantially all lawful business operations or residential occupancy has ceased.
