The failure or refusal of any owner to register a vacant structure as required by this article, knowingly providing false information or withholding information required to be provided by the registration requirements, or failure to comply with any of the terms of this article shall constitute a misdemeanor offense, punishable upon conviction thereof by a fine in the amount of not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000 or confinement of up to 30 days, or both, for each violation.

It shall be a separate violation for each month that an owner knowingly fails or refuses to register a vacant structure as required by this article.
