To obtain a copy of a crash report, you can do any of the following:

1. Submit an online request via CWV311
2. Call 304-348-6400
3. Visit the Records Division at City Hall, located 501 Virginia St. East (Court St. Side of building) in person with photo ID.

There is a $20 Charge. Please bring a photo ID.

The person who picks up the copy must be named in the report.

Only cash or check will be accepted.

It can take up to 10 days for a report to be ready for distribution.
