How do contractors participate in the CORP Home Rehabilitation program and what is required?

Contractors interested in performing rehabilitation work through the City of Charleston's Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program must be approved prior to submitting a bid proposal and must have the following:
- General contracting license from the State and the City.
- Demonstrate proof of liability insurance, workers compensation.
- Be in good standing with state tax.
- Contractor cannot be delinquent or in default on city B&O.
