I am hosting an event and need a ABCA Endorsement Letter; who do I contact?

ABCA endorsement letters are requested through the City Manager's Office.  

When submitting your request for an ABCA endorsement letter, you MUST include: 

  • Event Date
  • Event Name
  • Event Host (organization)
  • Event Location (including address)
  • Event Start & End Times
  • Event Description (this should be brief) 

Requests should be emailed to jessica.wintz-adams@cityofcharleston.org at least three business days before the event date

 If you cannot get your request to the City Manager's Office at least three business days in advance, you must call the City Manager's Office at 304.348.8014.
