You can register by visiting any of our Community Centers. Simply fill out a form (provided by center staff) and turn it in. You only have to fill out ONE registration form. You'll be granted access to all of the Centers after completing the registration process once. Our goal is to maintain the safest environment for our patrons. By filling out a registration form, you are providing us with essential health related information and also an emergency contact person in case of an emergency. This also allows us the opportunity to get to know the patrons in our facilities.
