Applicants must submit an application and detailed traffic and/or pedestrian control plan including all required traffic/pedestrian control devices and signage.
Applications are available at Temporary Street and Sidewalk Closure Permit Application
Applications must be submitted to the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Office via email at TPT or delivered to 612 Washington Street East.
After the application is processed any payment needs to made at the City Collector’s Office at 915 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV 25301
