Residential parking permit application will need to be filled out and the rules and procedures followed and the bottom of the application.

The property owner must complete a Property Information sheet at least once each license year. If circumstances change during the license year (i.e. change of ownership, occupants, or tenants) an updated form must be submitted within 30 days of the change.
